Day 9: Tell me about an experience that made you cry and throw up at the same time?
ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»Me: I was honored and asked to be the closing speaker forΒ @tedxdetroitΒ only 4 days after my birthday.
This was the first time that I publicly spoke about my history; and why I tick the way that I tickβ¦ the power was intense. I was scared; I was happy.. Fear took over me.. all the eye balls staring at me. π«ππ₯΅πThey were waiting for someone to move & shake the room like never before. I wanted to pee my pants and throw up at the same time. I got on stand, held the mic and bam – ran it baby! The slides were not working – my energy does that β I have so much power that things around me were crumbling around me.
