I wanna wake up in the city… you never know until you know. I haven’t seen my family for so long that I’m starting to forget all the reasons why I left. Warehouse parties / smoke cruises / late night coney dogs / skyline views / crossing the border to Canada. Missing you, D-town. Missing the family.. and my homies. It’s really tough out here to not have a physical support system.. just someone that will give you a hug every now-and-then. I feel you back home but I’d prefer my “rocks” to be next to me. Walking in like a squad of goons. No one would ever blink twice at me; my friends would have that under control so I don’t waste my air on it. That’s kinda what I need in this moment. With all the transitions that are coming this week; I need my support system to remind me – “why I do all the things” – >>> easy answer > #detroitlife
