Why Web3 Needs Builders Who’ve Seen the World — And Build For Everyone

Web3 talks a lot about changing the world.

But unless it’s accessible to everyone, it’s just words.

I’m Blue Eye Queen — and I’ve built my life around turning big visions into systems that work for real people.

My Journey

I’ve traveled to 38 countries, learning firsthand what moves people — and what holds them back.

From vending art on the streets of Colombia to speaking on TEDx stages, I’ve lived the power of human connection.

At Yuga Labs, I helped write internal ADA standards for events. I built support systems, created escalation protocols, and protected communities from risks. I didn’t just work there — I built systems that made the space safer and more welcoming.

Accessibility & Inclusion

The uniquely abled community is the #1 online consumer demographic. Yet Web3 still leaves them behind.

I’m dedicated to changing that:

  • Designing accessible gaming and streaming dashboards.

  • Creating onboarding tools that make blockchain user-friendly.

  • Leading conversations about how digital tools can empower people who stay home for health, mobility, or safety reasons.

This isn’t just my work. It’s my mission.

Systems That Work

My approach is practical.

Ideas are just noise unless they’re built into systems that:

  • Are documented, measured, and improved.

  • Welcome people of all abilities and backgrounds.

  • Make new technology usable, not just impressive.

Communities deserve tech that works for them.
