Policy for the Return of Originals

If you are not in love with your new artwork, you must return the original artwork within 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days there is no refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with a tracking slip.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
