People sometimes ask me why I’ve chosen such a winding road for my career.

Why move from art studios to legal operations? From festival floors to Web3 communities? From painting murals to managing brand protection?

The truth is, I didn’t plan it this way. My path grew out of curiosity, necessity, and an unstoppable drive to make spaces more accessible for everyone — including myself.

Embracing a Multifaceted Identity

I’ve always been someone who refuses to be boxed in.

Yes, I’m an artist. But I’m also a strategist. A problem solver. A leader who thrives in both creative chaos and structured processes.

My uniquely abled perspective pushes me to think in ways that other people might overlook. I’ve learned how to innovate around physical barriers, and that mindset has translated into every part of my professional life.

Art as My Foundation

Everything starts with art for me.

Painting taught me discipline, storytelling, and how to communicate ideas without words.

My years creating large-scale murals, live performances, and immersive installations gave me a deep understanding of how to capture attention — and hold it. Those same skills serve me whether I’m leading a project, speaking on stage, or designing a new access tool.

Diving Into Legal Operations

Few people know that I spent significant time working in legal operations, brand protection, and community safety.

At Yuga Labs, I helped build the infrastructure for handling support tickets, creating customer macros, and protecting brand IP. I became the bridge between the creative side and the legal frameworks that keep a community safe.

This experience gave me a unique understanding of how creativity and compliance can work hand-in-hand. It’s not just about what we build—it’s how we protect it for everyone involved.

Building Communities in Web3

Web3 became my playground because it blends technology, creativity, and community building.

As an early team member at Yuga Labs, I helped manage operations across all brands simultaneously, from legal processes to community conversations.

My letters of recommendation from industry leaders reflect how I didn’t just “do my job.” I went above and beyond to make sure that people felt heard, protected, and included.

Advocating for Access and Inclusion

Throughout it all, my mission has remained clear: make spaces accessible for everyone.

My disability taught me to see the gaps in how events are run, how products are built, and how communities engage. It’s why I developed ADA guidelines for live events and gaming. It’s why I design art shows with clear sight lines and low-sensory zones.

I believe true leadership is about removing barriers before anyone even hits them.

Why My Cross-Experience Matters

My letters of recommendation don’t just list skills. They speak to my ability to connect worlds that don’t usually overlap:

  • Art and technology

  • Creativity and operations

  • Vision and practical execution

This unique blend of experiences makes me a leader who can not only dream big but build the systems to make those dreams real—and ensure those systems include everyone.

I’m grateful for the winding path that brought me here. Because every curve, every pivot, every new skill has added another color to my palette—and made me better equipped to create change wherever I go.
