The Colosseum or Coliseum, also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre is an elliptical amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy

A dream to go inside The Colosseum of Rome, Italy. The walls were fading away, pieces of marble covered the floor as I walked inside the first ring. The ceilings were so tall.. as if it was a dream or a movie walking inside something that was once considered a battle field.

The Colosseum wasn’t lit up very well during the day, but I saw pictures of the walls come to life during the night.

Many parts of the Colosseum were closed for construction.

Can you imagine a space filled with more than 80,000 people that could evacuate all of them within 10 minutes because of all the exits!
