I feel drunk from being in flight.. so high and elevated above myself.. like I’m outside of my body looking down; watching myself and my actions. As if; I’m another person and this isn’t really me.

My Best friend gave me some solid advice.. go to a quiet place and meditate. Let it take as long as I need too

Am I becoming the American standard? I never thought I would fit inside a perfectly shaped box… but here I am. Following all the rules 😩😩
