The airline attenpted to boot me and i said i wasnt going anywhere! They made me write a statement on a piece of paper and hold it in front of everyone sitting down. Shame on this entire experience
I am unable to move, my body is in pain and I have been unable to care for myself since the removal of the cart.
I;ve been in touch with the Captain of the flight that did not have an issue to send the scooter on the next flight. The cargo team had denied allowing the scooter because of the battry. I’ve flown more than 100x with my scooter cart and the batteries are airline safe.
I’ve called the customer service team over 30 times; emailed their intake form. The intake form says 15 business days or more. They are constantly ignoring me and not taking my independence seriously. Now I am forced to stay in my room all day because I cannot access mobility to move.
my scooter is stuck in MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT with no documents if it’s damaged or what has happened to it. How can you take away legs of a person whose independent and disabled, im going to pray that you never have an accident or hurt yourself in a capacity where you need to feel the pain that I endure every single day

The scooter is here but they delivered it damaged – im so so so upset
delivery truck says arrival this morning… i had hopeful thinking that they would actually keep their word. But why should they after they been saying everyday for a week that they would deliver it.
I called them three times before 10am to confirm over the phone.
Arrives in a taxi with the entire scooter shoved in the back, damaged the pole that controls my steering
I honestly am just in shock that i offered a van and even to come retrieve it myself

No contact at all from Viva Air! The entire day … all week, all month… it has been like chasing a ghost to get them to contact me. They wouldnt give me a direct point of contact or email, nothing.
After being completely ready to take off, everyone with their seat belts on and luggage in the top cases; a woman walked up to me and coco and told us that we were being removed. I refused to get off the plane. Hell no.
She even opened the door to tell me to get the F off. Im like nooooo.

We had a lil extra help from a few angels that say what was happening… i literally cried the entire flight to Colombia 
i could not believe that all went down like that. Embarrassed in front of everyone, open the airplane door!!! Im the only white oreo on this flight and u go all that way to make it 3,000 more uncomfortable && im disabled
Both me and coco got sick and depressed.. i didnt leave my house and almost relapse after one entire year. U have any idea on how terrible that would have been? Im just one month away and i feel so shittttty without my independence!! I am in another country! And i havent been to visit here in two years.. Look at her face!!! My poor baby && she’s still a lil sick !!im always in pain, so lets increase my pain by 1,000 more %% Viva Air taking my mobility away from me!
