I have been denied entry into my Airbnb unit, even with payment in advance because the host Andres is refusing to let my trained service animal into the building.
Andres threw me on the street with my handicap scooter, service animal and all of my belongings! For three hours, I sat embarrassed in the rain with all of my personal belongings to get destroyed.. my food spoiled and my artwork destroyed
How can your team of specialists write to me, four days before my check in, that a host cannot deny a reservation with a service animal.
Clearly in his writing, he is stating no entry with CoCo.
It’s been 72 hours & Ive called 15 times and left 84 messages in the app.
How can you say this is an escalated ticket to the appropriate department if there’s is no action or response for reserving me into another unit. @airbnbexperiences
Airbnb has responsibility to uphold their policy and accessibility rights.
What in the actual f^*# is what is going on in my mind. I should have been reserved in another unit & refunded 100% 😡
