Membership Terms of Service

1. Automatic Renewal & Billing
By purchasing a membership, you agree to an automatic, recurring payment every 30 days. Your account will be billed on the same schedule unless you cancel prior to your next billing date. If a payment is not successfully processed, your membership will be automatically canceled and access revoked.

2. Payment & Fees

• All payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.

• You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date.

• Declined payments result in immediate cancellation of membership access.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your membership anytime through your account or by contacting support.

• Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

• Processed charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

5. Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are charged in full at signup and renew automatically each year unless canceled before the renewal date. Annual payments are non-refundable.

6. Security & Fraud Prevention

• Protect your login credentials; do not share accounts.

• We will never DM you directly on social media for payments or personal details.

• Impersonation, fraud, or hacking attempts will result in removal and possible legal action.

7. Community Conduct

• Respect is required. Harassment, profanity, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

• This space is built on accessibility and inclusivity — all members must uphold these values.

• Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Updates to Terms
We may update pricing, benefits, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of your membership means acceptance of the changes.

9. Termination
Membership will be automatically canceled for non-payment, violations of these Terms, or suspicious activity.
