ya’ll remember two weekends ago when CoCo and I was left on the street from no entry into our new apartment in @airbnb 😟😟 “Accessibility Rights” they are claiming and haven’t resolved this constant battle.
Airbnb trying to break me down with their bullshit messages and never follow thru?? I’m a soldier – this is money, time & disappointing! My art was destroyed that night – Andres never pulled up to do anything but it’s ok that he $$$ out on it. Because Airbnb $$ on it too
In actuality they are not removing hosts that violate the Accessibility Rights for Disability Discrimination policy of Airbnb 👮

I am well kept together person because each of these situations are becoming even more annoying. The of the amount of time it takes to write the emails, wait 12 or more hours because the call center is on another time zone. Even if I call the customer service center of Airbnb, they still have to write notes that it’s at the highest escalation … And I’m waiting for a reply. Sometimes four days of nothing…
Airbnb customer service replies always come between one and three in the morning. Why not on my time zone to resolve this faster? Disabled rights what?. I’m too tired to even think about wrapping my head around why this is still happening for #disabledwomen #disabilitytravel #ableism
it was so easy for Airbnb to accept my credit card through the reservation and tell me that the host was going to be suspended because they “take these reports seriously “
this company goes on to tell me that I’m going to be taken care of and that everything is in good hands. My reservation ended yesterday, and I still haven’t received a refund but I did leave a review. Andres listing was never suspended. It was never removed on Airbnb or any penalty was taking towards him.
