Shout out to my massage therapist Wan from Thailand- she hooked me up with white tiger balm from her home country. Itās days like today, when my body feels like itās been ran over by a train. This ointment works like magic on my body, when you apply it, after you rub it for a certain amount of time it starts to sting.
I think thatās the purpose though.. makes your muscles relax. I cannot explain the sharp pain in my shoulders in the back of my neck. My crutches are taking me down, so much walking lately. we had a great weekend in the community. But my body is certainly paying for it today. I tried two hour CBD bath And will wait to see if the tiger balm causes any relief. My Sunday Funday will be laid up on the couch with Miss CoCoĀ #sundayfundayĀ #takerestĀ #sleepbetterĀ #disabilitylife
